What are the insets made of?

The insets are made up of three main materials. Starting from the bottom, there is a 5 mm solid panel, followed by a 5 mm foam layer, and on top of that, the fabric is applied.

How much assembly is required?

The table is pre-assembled at our factory to ensure that all parts fit well and you receive a high-quality product. The only necessary assembly required is attaching the legs, which is a simple and straightforward process. It should take no more than 10 minutes and detailed instructions are provided to guide you through the process.

Life expectancy and finishing

The Monarch game table is built to last for decades. We are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on the structural integrity of the table.

Constructed using natural solid wood, it is finished with a combination of polyurethane sealer and stain, which provides a protective barrier for the wood and enhances its natural beauty.

While like any other piece of furniture, the table is prone to wear and tear over time, with proper care, it can be enjoyed for many years to come.

What if I change my address after the campaign ends but before the fulfillment starts?

At the end of the campaign, we will send out a survey asking for your shipping information, including your current address.

If you indicate that you plan to change your address, we will make a note in our system. When your table is ready to ship, we will contact you to confirm your new address before shipping.

This way, we can ensure your table is delivered to the correct location. If you are unsure of your address at the time of fulfillment, we will wait until you have a confirmed address before shipping your table

How can I choose the stain color and fabric color for my table?

At the end of the campaign, you will receive a survey where you will have the option to choose the stain color and fabric color for your table.

How can I purchase the newly added accessories?

The newly added accessories will be available for purchase in the pledge manager after the campaign ends.

What happens if there is any damage during transportation?

The tables will be fully insured during transportation. In the event that any damage occurs, we will start a claim with the shipping company. Once we receive reimbursement from the shipping company, we will then proceed with any necessary replacements necessary.

We utilize strong honeycomb packaging with a thickness of 25mm to prevent any drops or impacts.

To provide an additional level of protection and peace of mind, we will offer the option to purchase a custom-made crate through our pledge manager. This will greatly reduce the risk of damage during transportation and is available at a small additional cost.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
